We have 2 separate unfurnished BR's available in a beautiful home located in central Duncan. Available March 01 A sm rm with a sm closet $475 +utilities, wifi included A Lg rm with en-suite and a walk in closet $675+utilities, wifi included Large yard with back veggie garden, lots of parking, some storage space in basement. Shared lg. kitchen and common space of dining and living room. We have 2 monthly events that are open to the community, a Kirtan evening and a Meditation night. Besides that we are fairly quiet tho open to having the occasional gathering. The upkeep is shared such as taking garage out and mowing the grass.
