$175 · Intro to Equestrian Vaulting for Adults

Have you always wanted to give vaulting a try? Looking for a new fitness routine, but hate going to the gym? Wanting to try a fun new way of interacting with horses? Why should the kids have all the fun!?! Equestrian Vaulting combines gymnastics and dance on the back of a moving horse. Participants will work on mobility and strengthening drills on the ground, learn some basic vaulting moves on the stationary vaulting barrels, and then take those moves to the horse! This 5-week course is a great chance to give this fun and inclusive equestrian sport a try. No previous gymnastics or horse experience required.
