$200 · Huge Storage Space with secure access - Price lowers if smaller area needed

We have an huge empty paved basement in an older renovated house. Business Zoned. It is not heated, but is protected from the elements. You will have an outside private entrance with secure paddle-lock. There are no windows, which adds to the security of the space. Ceilings are 8 ft high and there are no diving wall or partitions inside. $200/m for storage or more or less if one partial space is needed or all is needed. We would require a month upfront and 1/2 security deposit. No industrial or chemical storage and must get your own insurance, if you wish. We suggest wood pallets, depending on what you'd like to store. We would not supply said pallets. Also, this is a storage space and not a workshop space or living area. Strictly storage only.
