A small high production Victoria Construction company is looking for a presentable, courteous, knowledgeable, drug free and skilled "right-hand" person.   Our company offers a broad spectrum of construction services to our clients.   Some of our services include: * Perimeter drains * Concrete work and forming * Landscaping * Excavation services * Structural work Among many others. We are willing to train in some aspects of the work, but a solid foundation in construction to learn from is required. Working outside in sun or rain is a reality.   Attitude is paramount.   You will be required to: * Clean tools and equipment * Operate a shovel and rake daily * Have a vehicle of your own * Have a cell phone * Have basic tools * Be punctual * Be respectful * Be physically able to complete the work This position is best suited to a committed, dynamic and mechanically inclined person able to supervise others, and who has a solid work history. The person to be hired will want responsibility, be able to deliver quality work and customer relations, and will want a fulfilling, long term position.
