This is a Giant brand exercise bike/trainer. Use your own bike and easily attach it to the trainer, and work out. There is a remote tension adjustment, which can be attached to the handlebar. Used about 4 times, before we decided to go for a specific static bike trainer, so perfect and unmarked. Comes with replacement wheel spindle which is used to affix the bike to the frame and manual.
