FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR We are a locally owned and operated construction company, working to grow and develop beautiful BC, primarily in the infrastructure.We are looking to hire a full time office administrator who has the ability to step in as office manager when required. Duties to include but not limited to: Answering telephone and email inquires Entering into Sage 50 CRA reporting Payroll Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and payable Data Entry Filing and maintaining file storage Bank Reconciliations Word Processing All other general office duties as required.
