Full-Time MOA - Maternity Coverage

We are a well established, multi-doctor family medical practice located in beautiful Shawnigan Lake. We are looking for a full-time MOA to cover maternity leave (Until July 2020). Duties include: answering the phone, booking appointments, filing, faxing, autoclaving, cleaning and preparing exam rooms, as well as direct patient interaction. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a warm and caring manner, work well in a team, have good organizational abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills. The hours are Mon-Fri, and shifts are either 9-4:30 or 9:30-5. This is a wonderful work environment with great doctors, great staff and great patients.
