Key Job Responsibilities: Reception Booking services and customer follow-up Billing Service; including direct billing for most extended health plans Preparing treatment rooms Cycling patients through to treatment rooms. Opening and closing of clinic Managing payments and end of day cash Additional duties may be assigns at managers discretion Who we are looking for: Previous experience in chiropractic office is an asset Excellent customer service skills 3 years experience in a similar role, banking, or in a busy office setting Advanced communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible and reliable Ability to focus attention on client needs, remaining professional and courteous at all times Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively as a member of a team Proficiency using MS Office suite, Outlook, Google Drive and other computer software Ability to learn medical coding and internal medical software Ability to act with tact and diplomacy under the work pressures of change, time and pace To be considered for this opening please submit your resume via email along with a cover letter.
