Finance Manager

Duncan Hyundai is currently accepting applications for a Full Time Finance Manager. We need someone that has a strong knowledge of structuring new and used vehicle transactions, selling vehicles as well as a familiarity and understanding of products sold in the Financial Services Office. Experience within both the Sales and Financial Services Office is an asset; however, the successful candidate must demonstrate commitment to a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: * Complete all purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale and lease of vehicles and ensure these are completed accurately. * Organizing and completing lien payouts. * Gather customer credit applications in person; sell financial and insurance products as well as warranties, protection products. * Submitting finance and lease applications and securing approvals for customers with prime credit as well as those who are credit challenged. * Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries, prepare any purchased protection items. Inform sales consultant and ensure a smooth delivery process. * Maintain involvement within the sales department. * Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports and data analysis * Experience in using PPS DMS application is an asset * Strong reporting and analytical skills * Collect all payments for deals and ensure a timely turnover to the Accounting Department. * Maintain records of Finance, insurance files and prepare and submit necessary claims. (minimum 3 year experience as a full time Finance Manager with proven performance record) As we only look for the best, a clean driver's abstract and spotless criminal record check is a must.
