The space almost 1100 sq. ft. is bright, clean and includes in-suite laundry and a large deck. The available room is unfurnished, bright, receives the morning sun and is a good size at 11' x 12' with a large closet .

Rent is $850/mo and includes all utilities and internet. Damage deposit is $425. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

I'm 64, mature, professional, entrepreneur, adventurer, father, musician, dancer, quiet, easy to get along with, active outdoors, non-smoker, no drugs. I work at home so it would be preferable if you are gone during the day.
