Family looking for a long term farm rental! We are a family of 4 looking to relocate to an acreage closer to Victoria. We have been currently renting a farm in North Nanaimo for almost 6 years now. Our company is based out of Victoria, we would love to be where Daddy can be home every night. I stay at home with our 2 kids ages 9 and 6. We come with 3 lovable, well behaved dogs ages 13, 9yrs and 5mths, 2 clean outdoor/indoor cats ages 11 and 9. We are very clean and quiet. We also have 3 horses (will be 2) and our daughters pony. I pick paddocks every day and make sure all of our animals are very well cared for. Are you still with me? We've done lots of upgrading in our current home (All with permission of course) We have replaced old fences with new, re-landscaped garden/field areas, added bark mulch and drain rock. We added on an extra two 12x12 stalls to the original lean built on the property to accommodate our horses and our annual hay supply. We've run electricity down to the barn and re-gravelled the driveway and added a gorgeous iron gate. We've put in some new flooring in the house and freshly painted walls and doors to freshen the home up. All of these things and more we've done out of our own pocket. These were things we wanted to do, we enjoy it! Generally if we have a problem we dont bother our landlords we take care of it unless it's really a home owner issue such as a roof or something we can't fix (which is not much). Do we sound like the tenants you're looking for? We would come with references from our current Landlords, neighbours as well as professional references and more if you'd like. You can be sure we would take the absolute best care of your home.
