We have sold our business and still have a lease for the office space until March 2021. We are open to discussions about renting a portion of the space. The offices are private (accessed behind a locked alley doorway) and on the second floor. (it is not really great if you have retail customers). There is a doorbell which makes it easy for people coming to see you to let you know they have arrived. On Government just behind Craig Street Brew Pub. Newly renovated, painted, new cabinets in kitchen area and sink area, new lighting. 4 private offices, a storeroom that is also our computer and phone server room, bathroom, sink area and a large common area that includes a kitchen counter, fridge, etc. Further down but separate are built in desks for three. Skylights and 'window wells' bring natural light into the entire office. We are willing to leave the phone system in place for your use - there are currently desks in every office (up for discussion as part of lease). The space is wired for internet (ethernet) and we also have a wireless network capacity (again up for negotiation). Landlord would likely be willing to continue the arrangement after our lease is up. heat/air conditioning in all offices and common area. We have been very happy in this space, only subletting (permitted by our lease) as I am retiring and we no longer are doing what we have done for 28 years!
