$1,200 · WANTED: Detached Rental

My parter and I are looking for a rental in the Cowichan Valley, preferably in Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, or Shawnigan Lake. We are looking for a detached rental, carriage house, guest house, cottage, cabin, etc. as we value privacy and a quiet independent environment as we hope to someday buy for ourselves. Our budget is $1200/month. We do not have any pets, we do not smoke, and we are very quiet respectful tenants looking for somewhere to make our home. We both work full time in the valley, regular hours, and our evenings are our downtime. We also love to be outdoors, so we spend a lot of time away in the afternoons or on weekends camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, etc. We would love a space that has the potential for a few planters or garden beds, as we have planted some of our own vegetables and herbs, as well as storage space or the opportunity to set up an outdoor shed for storage.
