The Cow-op is Hiring! The Cow-op is an online farmers' market that seeks to connect local farmers and food processors with their customers. We are based out of Hope Farm in the Cowichan Valley. We are seeking a motivated individual to help us pack and organize food orders part-time (16 hrs/week) Tuesday & Wednesday. Starting wage is $15/hr. We are looking for a self-starter - somebody who can see what work needs to be done and jumps in. This person must have problem-solving skills, and be efficient, punctual, methodical, and organized. The work can be fast-paced and we are looking for somebody who is suited to such an environment. It is essential to have a good attitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be keenly aware of, and passionate about food security.
