It has been kept in very nice shape. The fan vents it and is fume free. It also has an automatic stirring arm that rotates when done. Wonderful for boats, cabins, cottage!suite, remote locations, anywhere where there's no septic. It comes with venting pipes, roof gasket, tool for manual mode, even 2 small brackets for keeping it secure. After 6 months, you can spread the contents of the tray around your garden if you want to.
