Class 1 / 5 Ton Driver

POSITION SUMMARY Victoria Truss is seeking a flexible and responsible 5 Ton/Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team. This position is Monday to Friday. Exact shifts can vary but are usually in between the hours of 6am and 6pm. The 5 Ton/Class 1 Driver will be responsible for: * Ensuring all products included in orders reach the job-site * Driving 5 ton and our semi-trailer trucks to deliver and pick up product * Completing daily pre-trip inspections, equipment checklists and vehicle inspections * Reporting customer concerns, incidents and/or maintenance issues to supervisor * Performing all deliveries to comply with WorkSafeBC and the Department of Transportation Guidelines * Keeping all equipment maintained and clean * Providing excellent customer service to all clients and customers All interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
