Cure offers a True European charcuterie and cheese shop experience with a wide selection of house made charcuterie as well as a large selection of artisan cheese, Imported Italian products. We currently have an opening for a hands-on, kitchen staff We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual who will: * visibly enjoy working in kitchen production * Some merchandising of food products * demonstrate a strong drive to succeed and a superb work ethic; * Some daily tasks include meat fabrication, sausage making Pate making- kitchen prep of soups and condiments. The ideal person will also: * be passionate about food, and take pride in the high quality and selection that Cure has to offer. * be driven to bring out the best in themselves and the team. * be personable, positive and outgoing, with a flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude; * be production oriented * be creative, intuitive and willing to share ideas; * have kitchen experience, and be able to work in a team or independently. * maintain clean, safe work areas. * be comfortable working in a physically demanding job, be able to lift up to 45lbs and stand during shift The majority of the shifts for this position are in the daytime to early evening. Flexible days and hours available. The starting wage for this position will be discussed during interview depending on experience.
