Seeking a rural loving, self sustaining, respectful of others and the environment person. This idyllic setting is under development, has ocean views and plenty of trails into the Cowichan Forest. 20min drive to Duncan/Crofton, 40 to Nanaimo. You must have your own vehicle and trailer/camper/tiny home with generator/solar panels. You must love animals although No additional Pets welcome as the property is already home to two cats and a dog. In exchange for your site, a commitment to 20hrs a month is required. Washing water is available. To be clear, there is no hydro, no drinking water, no internet or utilities of any kind provided. Because the site is smack dab in the forest, no smoking of any substance will be tolerated.
