Never used, never installed includes original package etc... Protective film is still on the mirror. I paid $19.00 after tax - save yourself $4.00 I bought this via Amazon because it was the best bang for the buck. Good reviews, good price. Not top of the line but it wasn't $75 either. Aaaaaand I should have measured the inside diameter of my handlebars because this does not fit. Check yours - if the inside diameter (which is most, apparently) of your bars are 18~23mm then this will work. Something safe for you or your kids.
