No other pets are allowed, sorry.* Unfurnished 10' X 10' bedroom with large closet in clean, bright and spacious home for rent starting April 1 or later. The home is shared with myself and 1 other tenant. There is a large backyard and deck, huge kitchen and dining area and super spacious living room that we now use as a yoga & craft space! Located in Mill Bay within walking distance to a coffee shop and quick highway access. Rent is $675/month + hydro (about $84 per month per person) and garbage collection (on as-needed basis, a few bucks per bin). Internet, water and on-site laundry included! This really is a place that must be seen to be appreciated; the pictures don't do it justice. My wonderful pup lives here, too. He's a moyen poodle who doesn't shed at all, very well-socialized, playful and quiet. I bath and groom him quite often so he's pretty clean as well. When I'm not at work, we are out on hikes a lot together. To take the last bedroom, we're looking for a 3rd housemate who is responsible, VERY clean and organized, lives a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, drugs or excessive drinking), is mindful, calm, fun, friendly and has a personal growth mindset. There are spots for a bit of gardening here and we hope to share some meals and card/board games together eventually, too. :) The situation here is most suitable for students or working professionals.
