$900 · Barn Loft and looking for someone who wants to co-garden food!

My above barn suite is available May 1st. Located by the kinsol trestle parking lot (renfrew rd side). Separate parking, hydro included but wood-stove heating so you would be chopping some wood. It is an open layout and a-frame. We live on the property also with kids, farm animals, dogs and cats so it is required to be layed back and comfortable with farming life style as you are living above some lovely sheep. I have two large garden areas and two greenhouses. I am looking for someone (or two) who are interested in hobby co-gardening to grow food! No smoking is a firm requirement and I am open minded to pets but would need to discuss it with you.
