Mount Brenton Golf Course in Chemainus is looking for a part-time Administrator/Bookkeeper for 2/3 days per week. This position of office Administrator will, in conjunction with the other part time Administrator, provide full time support for this vibrant and popular Golf Club. The position requires admin experience and the applicant should demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, communication skills, and be able to prioritize and manage deadlines while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. The person will work with the current Sage 50 accounting systems, and have sufficient computer knowledge, in order to complete routine bookkeeping tasks.
