Small accounting firm located in Cobble Hill is looking for an administrative assistant to join the team.
* Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Time management and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, photocopier, scanner)
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Greeting clients
* Answering multi line phone, directing calls, taking messages and scheduling meetings
* Other office administrative duties such as filing, mail outs and ordering office supplies
* Assembling yearend packages for corporate and personal tax returns
