Randstad is now looking for an Account Payable/Office administrator for our client in the Duncan area! The candidate will complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices for several companies to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on-time and perform general office and reception duties. Skills and attributes: * Positive / "Can-Do" attitude working in a team environment * Strong communicator * Problem solver * Detail orientated and highly organized * Work independently to meet deadlines * Proficiency with Excel and Word Experience Required: * Solid AP System skills * 2-5 Years minimum experience in Accounts Payable department, or relevant accounting experience * Excellent Communication Skills: oral and written * Time management and organizational skills * High level of professionalism with internal and external customers * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) We offer: * Great culture and a collaborative work environment * Competitive compensation package * $20-22hr based on experience If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
