The walk around bed located at the back, with it's own private entrance is great if others are asleep on the pull out or kitchen drop down bed. Unit sleep 6 in comfort. The kitchen has a multi burner stove and oven. The fridge has been converted to 110 only and is very large compared to the small 2 way fridge that was used before. The hot water tank is gas and heats very fast. Also has a gas furnace thats thermostatically controled. Holding tanks have a level indicator over the sink for monitoring. Outdoor shower taps as well. On the rooftop is a 30 amp Air Conditioner unit that works very well. Also a TV antenae and radio antenae. The 20 foot awning covers both front and back door but has a small tear on one side that has a repair patch n it, but is still a servicable awning. Hardware is in good condition. Comes with 2 - 40 pound propane tanks and cover. GVW is 2800 kg My 1/2 ton Dodge 1500 Hemi pulls it everywhere easily. Tows very well with the equalizer and anti sway hitch.
