2nd or 3rd Year Carpenter or Equivalent

Do you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential framing and concrete foundations and want to work full time with an established Award-Winning Builder building high end custom Built Green and Energy Star certified homes? Are you located near the Ladysmith & Yellow Point area and want to work locally? We are currently booked until 2021 with the majority of projects in Yellowpoint and Ladysmith. We are looking for the following qualities: Residential framing experience, minimum of 2 years Concrete foundation (Burke system) or ICF Can crib up patios, stairs, driveways with little to no supervision Exterior Siding, including soffit Build Cedar Fencing Well rounded experience or interest of all component of a Carpenters duties Reliable Hard working Efficient work practices - including keeping work area clean Professional demeanour Communicates well Gets along well with others - can work on a crew of 2-4 people Required to have Level one First Aid (can take before starting), personal protective gear & tool belt. Hold a valid Drivers licence - driver's abstract required upon being hired. Our company services Chemainus to Nanoose with our focus in Ladysmith.
