29ft. 2005 Rockwood by Forest River "Ultra light" 12ft. slide, 8007lbs. dry, about as big as you're going to get and still be half ton towable (towed great behind my 2015 Toyota Tundra) No leaks, roof re-sealed every 2 years. Front, back, side seams and all vents/skylights. Laminate flooring in the kitchen/living room, awning works good, updated honeywell thermostat. The trailer is almost 15 years old so it's not perfect but it's clean and everything works as it should. Asking $11250
