2 BDRM basement suite for rent in Shawnigan Lake. No pictures of suite available quite yet, but it's on the back side of the lake. We are a couple in our mid thirties and live upstairs with a toddler and two large dogs so it is a family friendly home. No partiers allowed, we enjoy the peace and quiet and would prefer our tenants the same. We have almost an acre of land and a large driveway for parking. Propane heat is not included but if used mildly it's about $400 a year.
