About the vehicle: 1997 Land Rover, Range Rover. 4.6 litre V8 with 146, XXX km's. The tan leather interior is immaculate; no rips or tears or signed of wear with both sets of seats. Wheels are clean, no signs of pitting. Tires are at +80% wear. Regular oil changes, fluids checks and maintenance completed every 4 months (in between school semesters). Any more extensive maintenance/work completed by an automotive shop in its original home of Powell River. Clean title, zero accidents, primarily lady driven for the last 5 years of it's life. Vehicle was originally owned by a business man in Vancouver who meticulously maintained the vehicle. Issues/concerns: Paint is fading on the hood, otherwise it is fine everywhere else. There is a ding in the front passenger side corner where a tree was glanced at parking lot speed by the previous owner. Otherwise the body is clean everywhere else. The electronic air suspension (EAS) controller sporadically produces a fault causing the airbags to temporarily deflate; vehicle is still completely driveable in this condition, the suspension is simply not as smooth as normal. Reason for selling: I am a recent University graduate and cannot afford the fuel and maintenance required. The vehicle has been great to me, very reliable year round in all driving conditions. Very comfortable and easy to drive. Would make a great up island road trip vehicle or affordable family SUV.
