Motor is pull start (think of it as a compression test every time). I purchased it off the Government auction site and put in new coils, points, water pump and a carb kit when I was a younger man. We used it on the boat around 20 years ago but the carb needed some tuning up so it migrated back to the shop and there it has sat on a stand ever since. Two cylinder, hence the name. Leg is 38" long so suspect it is a long shaft. I have no reason not to believe it will run. When I tried pulling it over this week it feels like the unloader valves are stuck and not doing their thing because the compression is too much for me to pull it over. If you have a classic boat this would be a good match. Email or text is best.
