We have a furnished room available for short term rentals, in a quiet area. Very close to Salt Spring Ferry and only a short drive to Duncan! The room is equipped with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV with access to Netflix and other Roku apps, a desk, lamp, dresser, and nightstand. There is a bathroom outside of the room that is basically all to yourself. Shared kitchen/laundry. All utilities are included in the price. We are two shift workers in the medical field and are looking for students\working individuals who are quiet, respectful and that pitch in with cleaning of the shared spaces. There is no smoking in the home whatsoever, allowed outside. No pets as we already have a dog. References required and damage deposit required. We are renting for $200/week or $675/month.
