Hello! My name is Ava and I am a 19-year-old woman looking for 20-30 hours of work/week babysitting or nannying while I begin online school to get my ECE certificate. I love working with kids, and I like planning activities that build on their interests! I am in for whatever shennanigans your little one(s) are into. I love the outdoors, nature walks, swimming, indoor and outdoor rock climbing. I play the ukulele and guitar if your kid(s) aspire to be singer(s). But I can also build a mean lego house, or minecraft base. I am happy to support your child in their development, and your family in house upkeep :) Experience, Qualifications and Attributes: - one year of Child and Youth Care courses at UVic completed 2020. - 4 months of afterschool care programming, spring 2021 (ages 5-11) - casual and part-time babysitting since 2019 (toddlers) - babysitting for family and friends since 2013. - Responsible Adult Certificate, 2021 - Community Care First Aid, 2021 - full license and reliable car - vaccinated (2 doses, intend on getting the booster) Please email me if you would like to talk!
