I had a pretty rough start to life, and when I came into the BC SPCA's care, I was covered in ringworm!! It was gross! While I definitely did not enjoy the ringworm baths or the medication, I knew that these things would help me, so I was brave and strong and rested lots and before long, I was cleared!! My fur is still growing back in some areas, but I am getting daily brushings (and lots of yummy treats!) from the staff here and my fur is getting back to it's normal long, soft splendor! Here are some of my favourite things: Tuna, chicken, greenies dental treats, brushes that give a good scratch, cozy cave beds, boxes, looking out windows! I am a shy little boy who will need a patient loving family, willing to continue working on my socialization. With a little bit of time, and some gentle encouragement, I am an absolute baby who just melts into your hands, loves cheek and chin scratches and will gently take treats out of your hand. A quiet home with no small children would be best for me, as loud noises and fast movements frighten me. Previous experience with shy kitties would be a bonus!
