1974 C&C 27 (MkII) Great racer/cruiser, sailed regularly so everything works! Needs a haul-out for paint, zincs and an exterior clean/polish after a very damp winter/spring, but otherwise good to go. Sails: - Carbon laminate main, 3 or 4 years old, a few delaminated patches but nothing that affects performance - Usable full batten dacron main - Newer 110% jib on roller furling (just serviced by Leitch & McBride inc new UV protection) - Usable 150% genoa - Symmetrical spinnaker Mechanical: Economical and reliable Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine Fuel system (tank, lines etc) replaced 5 years ago Interior: All cushions in excellent condition Unpressurised alcohol stove Dickinson diesel heater and day tank Other: Replaced primary winches with Andersen 2 speed, all-stainless ST winches (cost me $2500 but they are stunning winches!) Wheel steering. Raymarine ST4000 autohelm Older but functional Northstar M84 plotter Standard Horizon VHF(DSC) with remote station in cockpit Rigid vang Dodger Shore power cords, various spares etc. Hard dinghy and oars Boat is currently on a mooring so viewings possible but need a bit of arranging. The mooring is also available for extra cost.
