Great gate for the top of the stairs or to block a pet or child from entering a room or area of the house. It’s in great working order but will need one new plastic strap. We didn’t bother ordering the part and just used a large clear zip tie since we didn’t ever move it. It wasn’t a quality issue, I tightened it too much. All the parts are there even the broken strap if you want to to rest to use it. Maybe it will catch if what you attach it too is a different size the our post.
