Three very respectful and intelligent young people on disability are looking for a suitable place to live. The place they are in now has gotten too expensive for them. They are respectful tenants who keep the place clean and no abusive behaviour. They are rather reclusive so they do not bother neighbours but are quietly friendly. They are not loud and do not party. They will smoke outside. Rent is paid automatically through social services. If you have a basement or a livable out building that you have been thinking of renting out maybe now is the time. They don't need a fancy place and are content with a warm, comfortable place with a decent bathroom. They appreciate being treated with respect and they value their privacy.
