riding privileges and lessons

I am looking for a very special person to help my daughter and I out around our small family horse farm. Between the short, dark and wet days, work, coaching down island and all the projects we have around here, I'm finally facing the fact that I can't do it all!! The right fit would be an intermediate+ rider with an understanding of equine learning theory/Equitation Science or willing to learn, confidence without arrogance, solid flatwork/lower level dressage skills, jumping experience preferred but not absolutely necessary. This could possibly be an opportunity for a young adult if they have been part of a consistent lesson program for a minimum of three years, have great references and reliable transportation...my daughter would definitely love a riding/barn buddy! But we currently only have one light for our ring which makes riding after 430 challenging at this time of the year. Hoping to add more lights but that's on the proverbial list😅 Duties would primarily include helping with paddocks, grooming and handwalking/under saddle walking two horses that are currently rehabbing. I'm far from tyrannical to work for but I do expect attention to detail😊 Above all, we'd just like a horse crazy person to join us so we can spend more time in the saddle than out!!
