This unit is a four season. It comes with a 125W solar panel, extra propane heating system, equalizer bars and winter cover for the air conditioning unit. There is an extra skylight and we have added an extra cupboard in the kitchen, and widened the bedroom ones for more storage. There is a 40ft covered porch that can be purchased, but has to be moved. It can be viewed in Crofton, BC. 250-819-3711.
