Our group of companies are looking for: Qualifications: • Valid drivers license • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong numerical understanding • Time management skills • Experience using Microsoft; Word & Excel • Experience with Sage Accounting Software • Bookkeeping experience an asset Job Description: • Job tracking & job costing • Obtaining permits through online services system, tracking, and managing connections & inspections as required • Post transactions involving cash receipts, disbursements, and/or accounts payable and receivable to ledger accounts • Reconciling accounts receivable statements • Accounts receivable • Maintain and manage digital file system • Answer telephones and take messages • Perform clerical and other related duties as required Compensation/Benefits: • 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday • On the job training and opportunity for growth and advancement • Hourly wage based on experience along with skills, effort, enthusiasm, and ambition • Medical, Dental & extended health benefits after 90 days (shared premium) Wage starting from: $52,000 per year (depending on experience)
