Cleaning With Care is a high-quality home cleaning business servicing the South Cowichan Valley. We are a small, dedicated company that brings cleaning and so much more to our valued clients. I am seeking out dynamic individuals who work synergistically in a team environment, but also have confidence to work alone when trained. At Cleaning With Care, we care for our clients, their homes, their belongings and their pets. We pride ourselves in bringing a professional service with a smile. The successful candidate will have a friendly personality and be able to carry a respectful demeaner when inside the client's homes. There are 2 positions in the company and employees may be hired for one or both of these jobs. Cleaners go out to clients in groups of 2, with one person doing floors and the other person doing wiping of the bathrooms and kitchens. Both of these positions are physically demanding. The floor person must have strength, stamina and a strong back. The wiping person must have flexibility, arm strength and the ability to consider and adjust posture and positioning while working. Being an animal lover is an important attribute of working with Cleaning With Care. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are comfortable with and enjoy any and all animals that may be in the house with us. Most of our clients have pets and they appreciate the way we enjoy the presence of their furry family members. Starting wage is $20/hr moving up to $22 after probationary period, Plus benefits! There is also opportunity to move into supervisor roles as the business expands.
