Currently in search of a long term place to call home. I am a 20 year old girl and my boyfriend is 22, and we've had some bad luck finding an affordable place to live within the Cowichan Valley. We're not in any current rush to move out at this moment in time, we would just like to keep our options open and see what comes along.
We do have a 40 pound akbash (small for a guardian breed) he is a registered service dog / ESA, and has basic training. You would never have to worry about barking or mess from him, he's very well behaved and loves all other animals no matter their gender (sometimes males don't like other males, this is not the case with him). He is also a great guard dog. He gets bi-weekly groomings and is up to date on all of his shots.
We would prefer to stay in town here in Duncan and would go as high in rent as $1,100 for any kind of housing. We're fine with whole houses, basement suites, apartments, condos, townhouses, roommates etc. We would also consider Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay and Mill Bay.
I hope our ad has caught your eye, you can email me for more details & pictures of our "little family."
