The Regional Property Manager is responsible for a full range of property management services for assigned portfolio. This includes the day-to-day operation of a region-wide residential housing portfolio, the supervision of administrative and caretaker staff, procurement, budget management and monitoring of contractor performance.
The successful candidate will have a CPM designation, or equivalent, at least 5 years of property management experience and at least 3 years experience supervising staff. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the non-profit sector and/or in subsidized housing. You are a computer literate individual who has the ability to learn and navigate INFO-Tracker program (property management software). Having experience working in Aboriginal communities/agencies and some knowledge of traditional practices and protocols is a plus.
