$750 · RETIRED & DISABLED FEMALE - NO ROOM MATES - NO SINGLE ROOMS

I am a slightly disabled & retired 66 yr old woman. I have extremely good references. I am VERY clean, extremely quiet & I need a VERY quiet place to live. I am very respectful of your property. No smoking, no drinking ever, no parties, VERY few visitors. One small car. Desperate for ground level or basement suite with no stairs. I need DW & w/d in suite. I am not lazy but unable to carry laundry or wash dishes by hand due to disabilities. I am an excellent tenant, willing to help where I can. Can do minor in suite repairs myself. I have all my own tools, I am EXTREMELY responsible. I have very high standards so no drugs, no drinking, no parties and very respectful of your property. With a third increase next year it will be out of my range & these new Landlords that keep raising my rent I would have to stop eating and/or move into my car. My total pension is $1745 pm. I can not afford the housing prices as they are now & as the rents go higher. If you want a highly respectful tenant in your property then please try me.
