115 minutes of Hatha Flow Yoga Class. This class will provide you with confidence to heal your body without judgement while inviting gratitude and love into your yoga practice. This is an all levels class, no experience needed. Whether you deal with Stress or Anxiety or maybe you are just looking for a fun workout. Join me for a one on one calming relaxing session!
Option is yours to hike out with me into nature or to enjoy your yoga practice indoors!
I will provide hands on massage and adjustments to guide you into the yoga poses. Bring your own mat if you have one. Mats and props are provided and can be purchased through my me.
15 minutes : Breath Work & Warm up
30 minutes: Standing & Balancing Postures
15 minutes: Seated & Reclined Postures
15 minutes: Final relaxation & Meditation
