We are looking for an financial/office assistant for our busy office.
Position will include a combination of office-related tasks, bookkeeping and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Bookkeeping experience - entering payables, invoicing, and posting journal entries
Candidates MUST possess the following skills:
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with different personalities
Good computer skills including an understanding of word, excel, and PDF documents
Ability to file alphabetically
Ability to take direction and work relatively unsupervised
Ability to change tasks when requested
Previous office experience is desired.
Hours of work: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 8:30-4pm
