Choose from two different gluten free cooking classes on Saturday February 25th, 2017:
Morning Class 10:00AM to 1:00PM $95.00
Fergosa Savory Quick Bread and Cheese Bread Sticks
Afternoon Class 2:00PM to 5:00PM $95.00
Calzones and Mini Pocket Sandwiches
All ingredients are supplied for the classes and you will receive a copy of the recipes so you can make them at home anytime. There will be a tasting at the end of the class, where you will have the opportunity to taste the food you made and will take the rest home with you.
Classes are casual and fun! You will be working hands-on making the recipes with guidance from the instructor. Class size is 6-8 participants. Advance registration is required please phone or email to register. Payment is required upon registration. Your class instructor Karen, is the author of 'Delectably Delicious Gluten Free ~ All-Time Favorites' mini cookbook.
Plus, March 18th classes include: Sweet Treats: Pecan Almond Squares and Almond Crisps; or Gluten Free Perogies with with not one, but two different fillings: traditional potato & onion, as well as salmon. Yes, salmon perogies! These little morsels are absolutely delicious. Yum!
