Exterior Cleaning Technician - NOW HIRING

Xcelcor Cleaning is a residential/commercial cleaning company located in Duncan, BC. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team of professional cleaners. We specialize in delivering high quality residential window cleaning, gutter/roof cleaning, pressure washing, moss removal, siding and other cleaning services. Description of Duties: - Completing window/siding cleaning, gutter/roof cleaning, and pressure washing of residential & commercial properties. - Organizing and managing equipment, vehicles, etc. - Working with clients from arrival call to final walk around upon completion. - Planning and managing the jobsite as well as contributing to job efficiency/completion. - Abilitiy to advise/quote on current and prospective jobs. Candidates should possess the following: - Experience in labour jobs. - Clean and professional appearance. - Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively. - Ability to execute multiple tasks at the same time. - Ability to safely lift and manage 50 lbs. - Very high level of comfort with heights (ladder work) is a necessity. - Valid BCDL (Class 5) with a clean drivers abstract.
