As an Assistant Manager at Domino's you will be helping to create and build structure and build systems that will help the location to run more efficiently. Many Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers have moved on to be Store Managers, Area Supervisors and Franchisees. Managers who are skilled , resourceful and excited can be offered the opportunity to take on their own stores and grow their careers as far as they are able to go!
Successful candidates will be expected to:
-Serve customers on the phone and in the store
-Make pizzas with speed and quality
-Maintain cleaning standards
-Various food preparation duties
-Manage business resources and costs
-Work late nights when closing the store after business hours
-Work morning when opening the store for business

Minimum Skills and Experience:
2 Years in customer service in a retail or food service environment
Food Safe Certification
Hardworking and creative
Willing to travel to other locations for training and assistance
Competitive and passionate
Some Skills and experience is preferred but not required for this position:
-Experience in a supervisor or managerial position
-Experience in a leadership role
