Log In needed $105 · Antique Phone and Box. Offers always welcome
Report AdAfter March 10th 1876 when Alexander Graham Bell made his first phone call. The race was on to Patten anything and everything phone related. This antique phone is one of those inventions, it has all the parts to make it work, as well as proper wires on the back that would fit todays phone systems. Most likely installed later. However the hand set is a separate unit and can be placed on a table while the box phone is mounted to the wall. The crank rings the bells, there is a small button on the bottom left side. I'm not sure what job it does. The telephone hand set can be set up away from the phone box by a long original wire. The crank and bells are brass. The box has no marking on the outside.
