Apartment or Suite Required (Cowichan)

Hello! I am a semi-retired teacher looking to rent a one or two bedroom suite as soon as June 1, 2024. I require something with a bathtub, kitchen, laundry facilities, a balcony or patio/yard and parking for one vehicle included. I would prefer to live in Duncan, but am open to other areas close by. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and a very quiet and responsible tenant. I typically take care of any light maintenance or minor repairs myself, as needed, if required. I have no pets. But I do have one 18 year-old mature and responsible daughter who will be staying with me for a period. I would like to find and secure a long term and mutually respectful arrangement.
